How to Attend Networking Events

Tickets to the Decades Welcome Event and Tellus360 are available for all registrant types. Attendance at these events requires a separate ticket purchase. The Thursday Breakfast and Keynote is included with registration types that cover Thursday, but it is also available as a standalone ticket. Start the registration process to choose how you’ll participate and secure access to these events.

Decades Welcome Event

Join us for an offsite reception at Decades, located in the historic Stahr Armory on North Queen Street, just 0.5 miles from the conference venue. This 95-year-old, 15,000-square-foot gymnasium combines nostalgia with class, featuring boutique bowling, a 45-game retro arcade, and a full restaurant and bar—perfect for an evening of networking, fun, and food. Don’t forget to bring your event badge and a valid driver’s license—you’ll need both to check in at the event!

How Do I Get There?

  • Walk — Just a half-mile, scenic stroll straight from the Lancaster County Convention Center (25 South Queen Street)
  • Bike — Use Bike It Lancaster, the city’s bike share program. Conference attendees have complimentary access during the event. Instructions for use will be provided at the event registration desk.
  • Drive – Parking perk! Parking passes for the adjacent North Queen Street Garage  (424 North Queen Street) will be validated at Decades—50 available, first come, first served.

A buffet breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 am. At 8:30 am, Dr. Allen Dieterich-Ward will explore how Pennsylvanians have shaped—and been shaped by—their working landscapes, tracing the environmental history of the state from Indigenous stewardship to industrialization and modern infrastructure. He is a professor of history and Director of the Graduate School at Shippensburg University and the award-winning author of Cradle of Conservation: An Environmental History of Pennsylvania.

Just a hop across the street from the conference venue, Tellus360 is a lively Irish-inspired pub and entertainment spot.
