Keystone Trails Association is seeking an Executive Director. KTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit with offices in Mechanicsburg, PA and serves as Pennsylvania’s statewide organization promoting and maintaining hiking & hiking trails. The Executive Director of KTA is the key management leader of the organization. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing administration, staff supervision, programs, projects, and implementation of the strategic plan. Primary duties include fundraising, membership and partnership development, marketing, local trail club support, advocacy and community outreach. Both grant writing and supervising grant writing are important aspects of the position. Prior grant writing experience is a requirement. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors through KTA’s President. A staff of five reports to the Executive Director. KTA hopes to fill this position by February 1, 2026. The salary range is from $87,000 to $92,000 and the successful candidate’s salary will be commensurate with his/her experience and qualifications.
