The Vice President of Development is a professional position responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, centered on major and planned giving, that furthers the mission of Lancaster Farmland Trust, assists in the achievement of the goals established by the Board of Trustees in the strategic plan, and ensures the long-term viability of the organization.
The Vice President of Development is the lead fundraiser in the organization and is responsible for expanding and diversifying the organization’s funder base. The Vice President of Development will be an integral part of the executive team and reports to the President/CEO.
