Environmental Advisory Council
Mission or Purpose
The Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) of Nether Province reviews site development plans for new single lots as well as subdivision and land development plans with a focus on Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment control. The EAC also reviews other environmental issues referred by the Board of Commissioners including ordinance review and grant applications.
