Congratulations to Julie Travaglini, Senior Director of Education and Curriculum with Allegheny Land Trust for her promotion to the role of President of the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Educators (PAEE). Founded in 1977, PAEE empowers people to build an environmentally engaged community. They are a pivotal organization in supporting a healthy, vibrant, and resilient PA where all community members live in respect and harmony with the natural world.
Julie has been involved with PAEE for over 10 years and has served on their Board for 6 years. As President, she will lead their team of volunteer Board members in moving environmental education and literacy forward across the state. She hopes to spearhead an endowment initiative for PAEE as they gear up to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
We look forward to seeing what Julie accomplishes together with the rest of the PAEE Board.
