The planning committee for the 2026 Eastern PA Greenways & Trails Summit has opened its call for presentation proposals for this year’s event, to be hosted Sept. 16–18 in Bethlehem. Members of the regional trails community are invited to contribute to three days of speakers, breakout sessions and discussions on leading topics in greenways and trail development.
Presenter Proposals are due Friday, April 24, 2026 by 2 PM

- Community and Access,
- Funding and Impact, or
- Local and Heritage Highlights
Organizers will also consider proposals outside these categories and encourage creativity. Presenters may select a session format that best fits their content. Standard sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. Questions about proposal relevance may be directed to economicdevelopment@delawareandlehigh.org.
