Developing a new strategic plan for PALTA has been a focus of PALTA board members, policy advisory committee members and staff in 2015. A rough sketch of the plan was posted at the Pennsylvania Land Conservation Conference for review and a subsequent draft is posted at ConserveLand.org for comments.
