Heritage Conservancy announced the recently completed preservation of two new properties.

WILLIAMS TOWNSHIP

One of the newly-preserved properties is an 18.2-acre property (left) in Williams Township, Northampton County. Heritage Conservancy will serve as the Holder of the Conservation Easement, with Williams Township as the Co-Holder. The property consists of natural resources such as woodlands, an unnamed tributary to the Delaware River, spring-fed ponds, wetlands, and vernal pools.

UPPER MT. BETHEL TOWNSHIP

Heritage Conservancy also recently completed the preservation of an 11.02-acre property (right) in Upper Mt. Bethel Township, Northampton County. Heritage Conservancy will serve as the Holder of the Conservation Easement, with Upper Mt. Bethel Township to serve as Co-Holder. The property consists of woodlands, agricultural fields, and other areas containing very significant and high-ranking conservation values.
