Since 2014, Chesapeake Conservancy has recognized numerous individuals and organizations as Champions of the Chesapeake for their dedication to the conservation and preservation of the Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the United States, and deemed a national treasure.
This year, the Chesapeake Conservancy wants YOU to nominate an individual deserving of this honor.
Every day, people are making an impact in their own backyard. Whether they are a professional working in the conservation field, your neighbor who incorporates environmental practices into their everyday routine, or someone just starting out in their career, and the Chesapeake Conservancy wants to celebrate them.
