This invitation to proposal is for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials in performing all operations is necessary for the complete and proper development of
identified (Phase 1- approximately 7.29 miles) trail facilities. Deadline for proposals is until 4:00 P.M. local time on Friday, December 17th, 2021. All proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected].
