The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership (SGP) is officially searching for a new Executive Director.

Corey Ellison, their Executive Director, is moving to South Carolina to be closer to family. Ellison leaves behind a legacy of growth and accomplishment, putting the next Executive Director in a good position to continue this growth.

Ellison joined SGP in 2016 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2018. She worked with local, county, state, and federal officials and agencies, as well as other partner organizations on developing a growing 500-mile greenway of land and water trails throughout Pennsylvania.

Ellison has a B.S in Outdoor Education with a minor in psychology from Georgia College & State University. She has worked professionally in the outdoor industry since 2009. She built upon SGP’s work of community involvement and regional greenway efforts in her time there.

SGP Board Chairman Bob Rolley is spearheading the leadership search.

WeConservePA congratulates Ellison on her successful tenure with SGP, and wishes the board and staff well as they undergo the search for new executive leadership.

Details on the job can be found at this listing on the WeConservePA jobs board, as well as on the employment page of the SGP website.
