The Land Conservancy for Southern Chester County’s Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of Abbie Kessler to the position of Executive Director. Abbie joined TLC’s staff in 2015 to assist with land and historic preservation projects and has participated in nearly all aspects of TLC’s work over the years.
