WalkWorks is accepting grant applications from municipalities and other governmental bodies. Grants are offered to assist the development of Active Transportation Plans, Complete Streets policies, and Vision Zero policies.
A free webinar about the grants will be held on Friday, April 9 at noon.
WalkWorks is a partnership between the Pennsylvania Development of Health and the Pennsylvania Downtown Center. The goal is to create a network of community-based walking routes and walking groups. WalkWorks grant applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 14.
