The conference is Pennsylvania’s premier networking, training, and inspirational event for staff and volunteers of conservation groups. The 300-400 attendees each year come from land trusts, county and local municipal governments, state agencies, trail groups, watershed associations, and other organizations. Most are Pennsylvanians but a handful of other states are always represented and welcomed.

• Submission Tip: In the event of technical errors during the submission process, you may wish to have a copy of your proposal saved in another format — View mobile seminar proposal form in Word.
• Photographs: If you do not upload 2-3 high resolution images of your mobile seminar location(s) with your submission (at least 300dpi and in jpg or png format), please email them to egates@weconservepa.org .
• Trip Leader and Speaker Bios: If you do not include trip leader and/or speaker bios with your submission, please email them to egates@weconservepa.org by January 30, 2026.
• Final Itinerary: Your final agenda and itinerary must be submitted by January 30, 2026. Any changes made after this date must be reviewed and approved by WeConservePA.
• Attendee Information: Any details that need to be communicated to participants in advance (e.g., appropriate clothing, weather considerations, required experience level, or necessary equipment) must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
