WeConservePA has negotiated a Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square room rate. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 8, 2026, or until the room block is full; after this date, rooms and/or the group rate may no longer be available. Make room reservations using one of the following methods:

Penn Square Garage — Attaches directly to the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square.

Rates

  • Marriott Hotel Guests Self-Parking: Conference attendees staying at the Lancaster Marriott receive parking included with their overnight rate. Upon arrival, park and bring your parking ticket and license plate number to the Marriott front desk at check-in for validation.
  • Day Self-Parking: Conference attendees not staying at the Lancaster Marriott may park for a daily maximum of $15. In-and-out parking privileges are not available; if you leave and return, you must pull a new ticket each time.

Entrances: The garage has two entrances that should be used by all conference attendees one at North Christian and East King Street (this is an entrance from 7:00 am until 11:29 am Monday to Friday only) and another at East Mifflin and Duke Streets.

Hours: The garage is completely automated, so it is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including both elevators. It is managed by the Lancaster Parking Authority and is publicly accessible.

Clearance: Vehicle garage clearance is 6’8”.
