Mission or Purpose
The Palmer Township EAC was originally established in the late 1980’s to develop the township’s recycling program. Over the years they have hosted numerous backyard composting workshops, rain barrel education, electronics recycling collections, litter clean-up events, household hazardous waste collections, as well as, provided recycling and environmental education programs for the girl and boy scouts, local churches, Palmer Library children programs, and elementary schools.
