Mission or Purpose
The Swathmore Borough Environmental Advisory Council advises the Borough Council and educates Borough residents on matters that affect the quality of the environment in the Borough, including those relating to the protection, conservation, management, promotion, and use of natural resources, including air, land and water resources, and issues relating to the effects of man-made and planted materials on the environment.
