Mission or Purpose
The Upper Southampton Township Environmental Advisory Council promotes the orderly development, utilization and conservation of the natural resources of Upper Southampton Township. The Council consists of five members who have been appointed by the Board of Supervisors for a term of three years, and all members are residents of Upper Southampton Township.
