Resource Conservation Specialist
Monroe County Conservation District
Monroe County Conservation District is seeking an individual to perform duties under the District’s Soil & Water Conservation Program. Responsibilities include office and field work involving agriculture, county-wide resource management, environmental education, erosion and sediment pollution control, stormwater management, compliance inspections and permitting, grant administration and water quality monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Team player a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, related field; supplemented with three (3) years’ previous experience and/or training involving in erosion control plan preparation, planning, agriculture, resource management or any equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
