Join Pennsylvania’s conservation community by contributing to an inspiring agenda of panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, and seminars covering a wide range of topics.

The conference is Pennsylvania’s premier networking, training, and inspirational event for staff and volunteers of conservation groups. Average attendance for this event is 300-350 individuals representing land trusts, state agencies, trail management organizations, municipalities, and parks and recreation departments.

More details:

  • We will consider 45-minute, 60-minute, 90-minute, and half-day presentations (up to 3 hours). For session proposals requiring half-day, please specify desired length and provide justification for time needed in the space provided.
  • Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): land and protection, conservation easements, conservation law, IRS and tax issues, stewardship & resource management, land use planning, climate change & resiliency, forestry, farmland preservation, habitat protection, fundraising, education & outreach, marketing & communications, DEIJ & Access, trails, and more. Proposals on topics outside of this list will be considered.
