Under the sponsorship of the Tookany-Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, a study is under way to determine the feasibility of constructing a new trail in Cheltenham Township’s Tookany Creek Trail corridor. This trail segment is intended to be a part of “The Circuit,” an extensive regional network of trails in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
The survey is geared toward Cheltenham Township residents, as the proposed trail will be running through their community, but anyone interested in trails, and the development of the Circuit Trails in particular, is encouraged to complete the survey.
