The 300-400 attendees each year come from land trusts, county and local municipal governments, state agencies, trail groups, watershed associations, and other organizations. Most are Pennsylvanians but a handful of other states are always represented and welcomed.

Topics of interest encompass anything that can help land trusts and governments to improve upon their conservation-related work. This includes but is not limited to the myriad matters surrounding the acquisition and stewardship of land and conservation easements, environmental restoration, resource management, trails, education and recreation programs, conservation planning, finance and fundraising, land use planning, water resource protection, forestry and farming subjects, conservation science, climate, organizational operations and governance, DEI, marketing and communications, public policy, tax issues, new technologies, and more.
