new Model License and Indemnification Agreement
WeConservePA has posted the first edition of the Model License and Indemnification Agreement with Commentary. The agreement may be used by land trusts, trail groups, and other land-owning conservation nonprofits to grant another organization formal permission to use their land for organized activities while limiting liability associated with the use. The four-page model is accompanied by five pages of commentary.
