Will Dingman joined the Manada Conservancy staff in early September 2022 as their new Executive Director, and has already begun working on land protection, meeting members, and attending events. Dingman has worked professionally in the natural resources field for over 30 years. He has a significant history with the PA Game Commission, having most recently served as a Land Management Supervisor. His experience spans everything from enforcement to land acquisition to developing wildlife management, natural resource protection, and access to the public for thousands of acres of State Game Lands. He has a B.S. degree in Recreation and Park Management from Penn State University and has extensive experience with partnerships, grants, and landowner outreach. Will was drawn to the Manada Conservancy family’s welcoming atmosphere and passionate board, volunteers, and staff. He is looking forward to advancing the strategic goals of the Conservancy as well as overseeing operations, personnel, development, and community engagement. “This is an exciting time to join the team, as we enter into our next twenty-five years.” Personally, he and his wife, Gretchen, raise goats and cattle as a hobby in Schuylkill County. They enjoy kayaking and other outdoor pursuits that are enhanced by the protection of our natural and agricultural lands.
