The Regional Trail Workshop Grant “Final Report” submission is now an online-only and must be completed electronically.

To submit your “Final Report,” do the following:

  1. Complete the following three forms:
    • PROJECT SYNOPSIS — Event title(s), date(s), and time(s), location(s), attendee total(s), brief narrative describing what was accomplished, project highlights and difficulties, and lessons learned.
    • FINANCIAL REPORT — Accounting of all project costs and documentation of those expenses.
    • REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST — Payment requests shall not exceed the grant award amount or 80% of the total eligible project expenses, whichever is less.
  2. Compile all SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS, including:
    • Marketing Materials — Copies of educational materials and high resolution photographs  associated with the Project.
    • Registrant lists (if applicable)
    • Evaluation results (if applicable)
  3. Complete the form below by completing the contact information, budget summary, and uploading the Project Synopsis, Financial Report, Reimbursement Report, and any supplemental materials.

Budget Summary

Regional Trail Workshop Grants reimburse up to 80% of the total eligible project costs directly associated with each workshop, with a maximum reimbursement of $5,000 and require at least a 20% match from the applying organization. Grantees are responsible for all remaining workshop costs. Examples: 1) If the total eligible workshop costs are $6,250, the grantee could apply for reimbursement of up to $5,000. ($6,250 x 80% = $5,000) 2) It the total eligible workshop costs are $5,000, the grantee could apply for reimbursement of up to $4,000 ($5,000 x 80% = $4,000)

Match cannot come from other grants managed or distributed through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or WeConservePA
Match minimum of 20%

Final Report — Project Synopsis, Financial Report, Reimbursement Request Forms and all Supplemental Materials

The Grantee must electronically submit a Final Grant Report to WeConservePA no later than October 16, 2026. The report must include a 1) "Project Synopsis" with event details, attendance totals, and a brief narrative describing accomplishments, highlights, challenges, and lessons learned; 2) "Financial Report" form along with supporting expense documentation; 3) "Reimbursement Request" and; 4) Supplemental Materials: Copies of marketing and educational materials, high-resolution photographs, and, if applicable, registrant lists and evaluation results related to the Project. *The Project Synopsis, Financial Report, and Reimbursement Request forms can be found at the top of this webpage.
Include the Grantee name and document title in all file names.
