2026 Regional Trail Workshop Grant:
Final Report Submission
Due Friday, October 16, 2026
The Regional Trail Workshop Grant “Final Report” submission is now an online-only and must be completed electronically.
To submit your “Final Report,” do the following:
- Complete the following three forms:
- PROJECT SYNOPSIS — Event title(s), date(s), and time(s), location(s), attendee total(s), brief narrative describing what was accomplished, project highlights and difficulties, and lessons learned.
- FINANCIAL REPORT — Accounting of all project costs and documentation of those expenses.
- REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST — Payment requests shall not exceed the grant award amount or 80% of the total eligible project expenses, whichever is less.
- Compile all SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS, including:
- Marketing Materials — Copies of educational materials and high resolution photographs associated with the Project.
- Registrant lists (if applicable)
- Evaluation results (if applicable)
- Complete the form below by completing the contact information, budget summary, and uploading the Project Synopsis, Financial Report, Reimbursement Report, and any supplemental materials.
