WeConservePA researches and develops guidance on topics ranging from land and easement acquisition and stewardship to conservation finance, from land use planning to organizational management. WeConservePA’s 140 wholly original guides range from one to a hundred pages in length as appropriate to the content.

Model Documents

WeConservePA develops and maintains model documents to help nonprofits and governments be efficient and effective. The models—most accompanied by a commentary rich with explanations and optional and alternative provisions—are the products of extensive research, scrutiny by legal professionals, real world testing, and user feedback.
